Imdaad has closed a deal with Dubai Trade for the utilization of the latter’s Rosoom online payment access for its portal.
As per the terms and conditions, Imdaad’s client base at approximately 2,900 customers may now use the company’s portal sponsored by Rosoom to practice payment for services offered through several payment choices including direct debit, major credit cards, and pre-paid means such as e-Dirham.
The agreement, which was approved and inked by the CEOs of the concerned organizations, is a proof of their initiative to implement latest technologies so as to provide better, inventive solutions to its customers. The joint venture reveals their dedication to give the customers full time access to their services.
Launched in mid-2008 by Dubai Trade, Rosoom is also integrated as the online payment gateway of some major entities like the Dubai Auto Zone, TechnoPark, DP World, JAFZA, Palm District Cooling and Jumeirah Lake Towers. Through this portal, Imdaad’s customers will be able to make inquiries on work orders and invoices also providing the advantage of making online payments so there is no need to call or go to the company’s customer service centers.
