A management deal has been signed between an Indian real estate giant and one of the leading hotel operators in Middle East for the development ibis Styles hotel to be located next to Business Bay Canal in Dubai.
The ibis Styles Business Bay hotel will feature 350 rooms overlooking the Downtown Dubai and will be constructed beside the bridge which is currently under construction linking the Business Bay to Dubai’s Downtown area. It targets and will service the necessities of the corporate and leisure guests of the Downtown and Business Bay area.
The hotel rooms are expected to boast modern designs; other amenities include a lobby lounge, swimming pool, fitness center, three conference rooms, an all-day dining restaurant as well as a specialty restaurant and bar. The design is still under development and is likely to be completed mid-2016.
The agreement is just necessary for Dubai’s Tourism 2020 which aims to draw 20 million visitors per year. This brings out excellent synergy between the stylish branding of Ibis Styles and the better location in the heart of Dubai’s newest real estate developments.
The operator currently handles 65 hotels having over 15,800 rooms in the region adding up 31 hotels currently underway for a total of 56 properties.
