His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Saud Al Mu’alla, crown Prince of Umm Al Quawain visits the opening showing full support to the sustainability progress of the region’s construction sector.
Sets of presentations and seminars will be held within the open theater of ADNEC’s Hall #6. These various activities are free of charge to all visitors that will run concurrently over three days.
To make the session livelier, open forum and debates will be included about emerging sustainability regulation, BIM system solutions and structural integrity assessments.
Visitors are still encouraged to come as ecoConstruct Expo 2013 will showcase the leading and most innovative sustainable solutions available on the market, advancing the construction industry that aims to build a more profitable future.
Today, Mr.William Whistler of Green Building Solutions International will discuss about Critical Advancements in Assessing Building Envelope Performance. He will give emphasize on a leaky building wastes energy, and the GCC’s hot, harsh climate that puts buildings at very high risk of envelope air leakage.
Mr. Whistler, as a background, is a leading figure in determining the cause of building air tightness problems.
Starting today until April 18, Government Officials, Royal Ambassadors and GCC construction professionals will be under one roof discovering long-lasting, sustainable and energy efficient materials that will increase the lifespan of the buildings on our landscape.
