Publicly-owned Emirates National Oil Company has collected tenders from different corporations contending to develop its joint industry fuel farm (JIFF) at Dubai International Airport.
The farm’s phase-three expansion of the JIFF will provide to the jet fuel requirements for different airlines and other general aviators, and will bring in two storage tanks and related facilities.
According to sources familiar with the project, technical engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) tenders have been proposed and presented by numerous firms.
Contractor will now be required to tender commercial bids before ENOC picks a company for EPC work. The JIFF is one of numerous new projects being commenced by ENOC. The firm is also preparing to carry out the second phase of its Falcon jet fuel pipeline and storage terminal.
