Spreading across five floors outfitted with a five storey parking area of 175 located in the basement, the new structure is considered the smallest commercial building in the property market of Dubai. It will be connected through a skywalk to a nearby five star hotel, the building was equipped with panoramic elevator.

The 13 mixed-use, low-rise buildings of up to16 storeys high found in the Bay Square offers a 430,000 square meter pedestrian-only zone and prime office, retail, and residential space at the center of Business Bay. The 5.1 million square feet built-up area of the Bay Square catches the attention of multinational and regional businesses and selective residents, with modern customizable offices and classy residential apartments with retail shops in ground and plaza levels.

This is the second venture the project owner has made located in an excellent location fulfilling the objective of maximizing and diversifying their portfolio. The project is secured with a solid payment arrangement that best supports the investors. With the exclusivity approved by Dubai Property Group, this undertaking is expected to influence many and raise the bar for the developer but also for other developers in the Dubai market.

It is said that a Dubai based Real Estate Company, has been selected as the official property agent for the developer to take care of the rental of building no. 4 in Bay Square.
