After the intensively shooting of Hollywood’s “Fast and the Furious” movie, here comes Bollywood’s action-thrillerAbu Dhabi, becoming a Hotspot for International Films film “Bang Bang” which will start its filming in the capital by 2nd of May.

India’s film producer giant Fox Star Studios will be using Abu Dhabi Media Zone twofour54’s world-class production amenities for the production of the movie for 3 weeks

On its website, twofour54 chief executive officer expressed its optimism in the capital’s growing popularity as filming hub of the international movies.

“Abu Dhabi is steadily gaining popularity with major international studios and is fast becoming an attractive hub for filming, production, and post-production” she said.

In lieu to this, Abu Dhabi Film Commission launches an incentive program of which a 30% production rebate will be implemented.

“The benefit of the company producing the incentive program offered by the Abu Dhabi Film Commission, containing the recovery of material by 30% of the value of work produced in Abu Dhabi”, quoted to a local newspaper.

“Government support, our production facilities, access to experienced crew, the range of diverse locations, and the ADFC’s rebate, are successfully attracting regional and global films to the Emirate”, it added.

With all these series of major global film studios preferring UAE’s capital city as their filming spot, Abu Dhabi is proven and steadily gaining popularity as a hotspot and is fast becoming an attractive hub for filming, production, and post-production.
